VERYBIO and FROZEN at Biofach 2017

Among the more than 2800 exhibitors in 11 booths, a new record for the reference fair of Organic food in Europe, Verybio was also present to meet its customers in the dedicated space in Hall 4 organised by CCPB.

Antonio Cogo was very satisfied with the great success of the 4 days of the fair and the constant growth in the number of visitors over the years.

The Organic fruit and vegetable segment is constantly growing and evolving, in recent years, spaces dedicated to Vegan and Demeter processed products were also created at Biofach. In addition to curiosity, these products are creating a concrete interest of many food companies.

Carlo Trevisan from the Frozen division was also present at Biofach to meet the organic fruit processing industries for the new strawberries of the farm in Morocco, of which the first harvests with brix 7-7.5 minimum will be frozen in these days.
