Mazzoni Frozen for the first time in Korea

For the first time Mazzoni Frozen entered the Korean market with its new Made in Italy products, in particular the more than 35 fruit purées produced in the Tresigallo (Ferrara) plant. The 4-day exhibition dedicated to the Ho.re.ca food and distribution world brought together over 30 importers, distributors and local industries. This market of processed fruit has been dominated for years by some French players, obviously there was great curiosity and interest in a Made in Italy product from a company with over 50 years of history and tradition in agriculture.

The bases have been laid especially for distribution in industrial confectionery and we are ready to be present at Food Week Korea from 25th to 28th October 2017. The presentation of the new packaging, the new products for 2018, and a chef who will present desserts and interesting solutions for food&beverage are being organised.
